Keys from Adam Robinson.

If something isn’t working — change what you’re doing.
That is, If something is not going to plan or is wrong, do something different (rather than doubling down).

  • Try something in the opposite direction.
  • Try something new with playful experiment.
  • Learn something without being attached to the results.

A key skill is the ability to connect and excite others with your vision. That is, to enroll others in your vision of the future.

Long Term Thinking

“The future inherits the world from the current generation.”

versus

“We today are borrowing the world from the future.”

In democracy, what about having representatives “from the future” to advocate for future generations. Or representatives from specific rivers and nature.
